What the agreement actually means

Authorized
A signed program, not a gray market. JOOLA sends us program stock directly, and we are named as an authorized refurbished reseller — so the paddle you buy here came through the brand, not around it.
Inspected
Partnership does not lower the bar. Program paddles go through the same twelve points as a trade-in off the court, and if a unit fails one of them it does not get listed. Grades describe cosmetics only — structure either passes or the paddle never reaches the shop.
One of one
Every unit is the only one of itself. It carries a reference code on the listing, it is photographed as itself, and when it sells that code is never used again.
