Every paddle is one of one
Each listing is a single physical paddle with its own reference code. When it sells it is gone — there is no second one, and we cannot substitute a similar unit.
Adding a paddle to your cart does not reserve it. The sale completes at checkout, and until then someone else can buy it.
Photos on a product page are of that exact paddle. Grading describes that exact paddle.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Where a listing shows a retail price, that is the manufacturer's suggested price for the model when new — not a price RePaddle previously charged.
Checkout is hosted by Shopify. Tax is calculated there and is not included in the totals shown on this site.
If a listing shows an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
Shipping protection
Shipping protection is an optional $5.99 add-on. It is never applied automatically, and it is a service we provide ourselves — not an insurance policy underwritten by a third party.
It covers a parcel lost or stolen in transit. Report it within 30 days of the ship date and we refund the order in full or issue store credit, at your choice. Because every paddle is one of one, protection never pays out as a replacement of the same unit.
A paddle that arrives damaged or misgraded is covered by the arrival guarantee regardless of whether protection was purchased. See shipping protection.
Condition and grading
Every paddle passes the same twelve-point inspection. Tier names describe cosmetic condition and remaining playability — see the condition guide.
These are pre-owned goods sold as inspected. Normal wear consistent with the stated tier is not a defect.
If a paddle arrives misgraded or with undisclosed damage, tell us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right — replacement, credit, or refund.
Trade-ins
A quote is an estimate based on what you tell us and the photos you submit. The final offer is made after we inspect the paddle and may differ.
Inbound shipping is on us — we email your prepaid label once the offer is confirmed. If you decline the final offer and want the paddle back, return shipping is at your expense.
Trade-ins are paid in RePaddle store credit only. Credit is issued as a gift card after inspection, is redeemable on any paddle, and is valid for 12 months.
We cannot accept paddles with dead spots, delamination, or structural cracks — they will not pass inspection.
Returns and warranty
Unused paddles can be returned within 30 days. Full detail is on the policies page.
RePaddle does not offer a warranty on pre-owned paddles beyond the arrival guarantee above.
Brand names
Brand names and model names are used to identify the paddle being sold. RePaddle is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands except where a program is explicitly named on this site.
